30-Day Returns
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Return Shipping
Because we’re a small startup and family-run business, we’re not able to cover return shipping costs at this time. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items. We truly appreciate your understanding.
How to Start a Return
Just email us at hello@bigfoodadventure.com with your order number, and we’ll walk you through the process. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing pieces, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll replace it at no cost to you.

Digital downloads, used items, and products not in their original packaging cannot be returned.
